Problem:

A farmer with 750 feet of fencing wishes to build a rectangular enclosure for his livestock, and, then, to divide it into four pens (to separate those animals with foot and mouth disease) with fencing parallel to one side of the enclosure.   

What is the largest possible total area of the four pens?
